We began in Baton Rouge, LA in 1999, servicing title companies, and have since expanded, doing title work for various institutions. Our team is an established network of abstractors, providing country-wide service to individuals and corporations of the Real Estate and Oil & Gas industries.
Our team has completed well over 21,000 abstracts of title as we continue to diligently provide the best service to our clients.
SERVICES & PRODUCTS
Our primary deliverable is a certified abstract of title. For Real Estate clients and lending institutions, we focus on surface title. We also do mineral title for Oil & Gas clients and attorneys. In addition, we work directly with individual landowners all across the country to help them understand which minerals they own and how they acquired their title.
